Event Details

Yes you heard that right. This is a FREE event because we love you and want to help you write. And also because, you know, May, Brighton, everything’s drowned out by the festival. We’re trying to get your attention. LOOK AT US PAY US ATTENTION LOVE US. NEED US. PLEASE! *collapses on floor sobbing*. Ahem.

So here’s the deal. You meet us at the Three Jolly Butchers pub in Brighton from about 6.30pm. You sort your own food and drinks. We’ll handle your writing targets, the writing sprints and, of course, the gold stars. Yes? Good? Good. We’ll see you there.

PS It’s free but you still gotta book. Do the thing below >>

Oh and also in case you don’t know what we’re on about, here’s the standard blurb:

STOP FUCKING ABOUT AND START WRITING.

We know. It’s easier said than done, which is why these workshops exist.

You’ll spend the evening in a room with a bunch of writers, no internet and enforced motivation. We’ll help you set your personal writing goal for the event and longer term. We’ll talk about your successes and blocks. And then you write. And write. And write.

A score board, gold stars, general silliness and supportive competitiveness will help you reach your targets and break you out of your bad habits.

In short: space to write. Bliss.

Who is this for?

This workshop is perfect for people with a project in progress that has stalled or been put aside while life takes over, or those with an idea they want to make a big start on, or those who want to drink tea and eat biscuits and write some words in a fun, supportive environment.

Including:

Arse-kicking only. No food or drinks. Sorreeeeee.
