Alice Slater is the author of instant Sunday Times bestseller Death of a Bookseller and the forthcoming thriller Let the Bad Times Roll. Her short fiction has appeared in Extra Teeth, Dear Damsels and Cunning Folk, among others, and has been shortlisted for the Bridport Prize and longlisted for the BBC National Short Story Competition.
