Clare Martin had her story Christmas Caro published by Cafe Lit

Dawn Bernadette Haigh had her story Father Christmasssssssss published in the Eerie Christmas’ anthology

Doug Devaney signed a contract with a publisher. His novel ‘Black Vinyl’, is due out in June 2026 with Hawkwood Books

Gary Tierney published his story Monster, Fear and Lavender

Heather Haigh was awarded Writer of the Year by Wakefield Word and the Black Horse Poets, and had poems accepted by Osiris Press, and an acceptance from Trash Cat Literary, and a short story accepted by Byker Books 

Kayleigh Kitt got paid for a piece of flash fiction

Matt Gostelow was interviewed on the Story Radio podcast about Silent Screams: An Anthology of Quiet Horror 

Lizzie Eldidge’s novel Vandalism is going to be translated into Arabic

Rachel Swabey won the Hysteria Writing Prize short story category, with my story Seabeast and was one of three winners of the Curtis Brown Creative Winter Story contest on Instagram

Sammy Fyfe wrote her first novel. The Pakhan’s Claim can be found here.

Sarah Oakes novelle-in-flash made in onto the Bath Flash Fiction Award longlist

Sarah had her story Starfish Don’t Bleed published in The Sunlight Press

Terry Holland read his infamous ‘severed hand’ story on the podcast Story Radio

Yalan had an acceptance from Frazzled Lit, and her piece It’s Not a Pyrrhic Victory If We’re Paid Shitloads of Money was published by Disappointed Housewife
